It is so obvious and so sad when office staff writes comments to bump up the rating. What kind of a nincompoop who has previously lived in this dump would care to write a review after he/she moved out' Honey, Sweetie, sugar, muffin,... let's admit it, the posts from "Present Occupants" clearly state the condition of this dump. Just look for my fliers being posted throughout this dump to introduce people to this site and we'll see how many satisfied customers you got. You did a survey last year to reflect residents' concerns regarding staff performance and condition of the place. And, the results were so devastating that Simpson Management, including the office staff here, ATE the results and you are still pooping paper. So, simply put, shut up and leave the ratings to be done by the RESIDENTS.
