Coyote Ugly From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This has been the worst apartment home I have ever lived in. The apartments are nice inside, but you can hear what your neighbor is watching on TV and when your upstairs neighbor is flushing his toilet. The grounds are often dirty and I have to constantly look down to dodge the dog feces when taking a walk. There is absolutely NO PARKING in this complex. Arapahoe Sheriff has a blast ticketing cars here, on and off the property. People have been forced to park by the stair wells and curbs or wherever they can squeeze their car in. Management's solution' Rent a garage buddy$$$. The water here is pumped from the well and flows with an ORANGE TINT to it. Management has admitted this and advised not to cook with or drink it. It will leave filmy residue on everything it touches and is hard to remove. The "24 hour" fitness center is anything but and good luck getting a free throw off on their basketball court. The time that it is open, it is full of people, many that aren't even residents here. Which may be why the recent vandalism. Who pays for this' The resident. The access to main streets like Arapahoe and Parker is horrible. Depending on which way you go, you have to backtrack a 1/2 mile just to go in your direction. The OFFICE STAFF offers no solution to any of the problems. They just stand there with blank looks and apologize over and over, many times making you feel like they really don't care. They do not stand behind their residents. They are however quick to send out cheesy flyers about community dating functions and BBQ's, but have never addressed the important issues as long as I have been here. In conculsion these are FAAAR from being luxury apartments and for the money there are much better options in the area. I can't wait for my lease to end.
