First off, majority of office staff is rude, especially the managers. They have absolutley no customer service skills and are obviously in the wrong business. Lets not forget the 3, yes 3, times we have called the office to have them fix the lights on the outside of the buildings so that people won't get hurt when they are walking around at night. They still aren't fixed! There is trash and dog crap everywhere. I feel sorry for the little kids that actually go outside to play on the grass that is covered in dog crap. Not to mention the broken glass in the grass because the mowers won't pick up the trash in the lawn before they actually mow. Water is gross, often yellow and leaves a disgusting ring everywhere. Water pressure is bad and dishwasher is no good. I end up having to wash everything by hand again. Bad floor plan, bad set up, poorly kept. This is the 2nd Simpson Property Group place I have lived in. The first place was very, very nice, but Coyote Ranch is like the ghetto. I will not live in another Simpson Propery Group owned apartment complex. I will be sending a letter to the corporate office about all of this....
Do not recommend anybody living here...
