Since --- ------ started, the community has gone down hill! Gated Community''''' Right! The gates havent worked since Ive moved in! Nothing gets fixed properly. Parking is a joke! 2.5 spots for each apartment my ass! Why dont you do something about the illegaly parked cars''' Each apartment should have assigned spots. Oh and NOTHING is done about the cars parked in the towaway zones, dog crap is never cleaned up! The trash compactors are absolutely disgusting! 2 for the 25 buildings' Garbage is always piled up outside! People have motorcycles on their balconies! God forbid you get a package left at the office. Youll wait an hour the office idiots to help you and when they finally do, they just send you back in this small room to get it yourself. Good thing Im not a theif!! Hey morons, you get paid to do a job, DO IT!!!!!! The water smells so bad. Toilets and baths are stained. The dishwasher doesnt work. When I moved in, I had to hire a molly maid as the place wasnt cleaned! Fireplace hasnt worked since I moved in. Ceiling fans shake so bad you cant even turn them on. The draft is unbelievable!!!!!! And all you get from these people is "oh, we'll come out and measure the condensation" How about this..get your head OUT OF YOUR ASS and fix this crappy hell hole! As far as the gatherings, why dont you spend the money to make these apartments a better place to live. The "dating" get together Im sure is only for the idiots in the leasing office! Now that there is a new manager, I will not be renewing my lease. CANT WAIT til its up
