Don't expect any help from management. There's usually at least an hour wait at the leasing office. They say that it's because they are short-staffed, but we all know it's because everyone who works there has no clue on how to do their job. It took about one month to fix an issue on my rent bill, and they even asked me to provide copies of my checks, as if they don't keep one themselves. They're too lazy or stupid to look through my file to figure it out. This issue could have been resolved in 15 minutes, but it took about a month. I had major problems when I first moved in, and I would have to say that every negative comment that's posted for this apartment is absolutely correct! Don't expect to get a clean apartment when you move in and don't expect to find a parking spot after 6pm.
Management sucks!
