It seems, due to sub-standard construction, major drainage issues, and pavemment inadequacies, they'll be ripping EVERYTHING (landscape, drives, carports, parkings,...)up and fixing them for the next TWO years. So, be prepared for excessive noice, dust, mud, construction workers, trucks, skip loaders, bulldozer,... for a long while.

So, if there are so many issues with the above noted items, just immagine what the building constuction and quality is like.
