I normally do not complain regarding issues that I have....but this time I think that I NEED to warn all people who are thinking about moving here! I have been living here for 11 months and I cannot wait for my lease to expire. I am a single female and I live by myself. I am so scared living here. I NEVER walk outside once it gets dark, and I always carry pepperspray. The parking lot is DARK and the people who live here are very sketchy and scary!!!!!! I HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE it here!!! The apartment is awesome. I love my kitchen. But the water is so disgusting. In fact, when I first moved here the water KILLED all of my plants. I had to get all news plants and now I have to buy bottle water for me and my plants!! The grounds are very dirty and disgusting. The grounds people are very lazy and don't do their jobs. The neighbors think that outside their door is the garbage can!!
SERIOUSLY......DO NOT THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially if you have a family or are a single female!!!!!
DO NOT LIVE AT COYOTE RANCH!!!!!!
