Coyote Ranch

 

I lived there for three months with no problems, had a neighbor living below me, they moved out and a new one moved in.

This new neighbor had a one year old and stayed home all day, so she could hear every little noise.

Two weeks after she lived there she had called the leasing office several times reguarding music, always in the afternoon, not late at night.and loud talking on the porch at 7:00PM Then I tried to resolve things with the neighbor gave her my number.

She would call about the computer speakers, tv, and us talking in the hall!! CRAZY! MAnagement took her side 100%, I asked to transfer to another unit, and was denied, asked to get out of lease and was denied.

Now I have been evicted and they are suing for the rest of the lease 3,400! Ruining my perfect credit.

Staff is unreasobable do not go there the water is disgusting! Scary at night! Lot of Crime! Never any parking, had to park in fire lanes
