Unfriendly staff, noisy neighbors, construction, bad parking From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   The staff and manager at Coyote Ranch are very rude. It was very noisy and we heard our neighbors constantly. We had problems with mold on our windows and the apartments are made of really cheap materials. Construction was going on for the majority of our living there and it was loud. Parking was usually not very good and they would never clear the snow out of the parking lots. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
