Not worth the money

Parking is horrible if you are in the back area. If in building 18 there are 6 spots for your building and the building directly across from you. It really is worth going somewhere else if that's all they have available. If it's raining you will get soaked by the time you make it from your car to the building. Drive by in the evening and look at all of the cars parked illegally in the fire zones and you'll see.
Swimming pool might as well be a bath tub when compared to the amount of residents in the complex.
Fitness center is nice but can have small groups of foul mouthed teens in it unsupervised.
Movie theater is only open during office hours so it really doesn't exist.
Advertised putting green is really a slab of concrete with indoor/outdoor "grass" carpet.
Car wash is your standard brush/wand self serve wash at $2.50 for 3 minutes.
Only dumpster is on the far end of the complex so you will be driving your trash if your apartment is on the opposite end.
They will (and they warn you of this) charge you a lot of money if they have to do anything to prepare the apartment (including normal cleaning) for the next resident. Be prepared to leave it in excellent condition.
Rent went from $805 to $933 for a one bedroom 3 month lease so be prepared for huge increases on short term leases.
They did put in new windows (mold) and they do keep out outside noise.
Apartments are very nice on the inside.
Most of the residents are nice.
