I lived here along with my family briefly in 2005. This place is awful. The complex was only a few years old when we moved in and the windows were always moist with condensation on the inside. Mold was the norm in the complex. The employees didn't respond to any complaints. Area is nice to live in as it was very quiet, but health issues contributed to mold greatly outweigh quietness. We seemed to have more sore thoroats that normal. My one year old son was constantly wheezing when we lived here. Ended up with an infection in his lungs due to the spores that mold creates. Doctors said that the mold did play a part in his sickness. There are better complexes in the Aurora and Parker area than Coyote Ranch.
