My husband and I are still living in Coyote Ranch and this place is the biggest waste of our money EVER! Broken promises... lies... it's all true! We have cracks in our walls that don't just go up and down (good or ok cracks, not really bad ones), however the walls in our cracks go sideways (HUGE structurial problems), even though they claimed to fix the windows, we still have to have our heat up to about 78 to make it even slightly warm in our apartment. You have to park half way across the complex to get to your apartment and don't even get me started on how many times the cops have been here. It's ridiculous, don't waste your money!
