This place is horrible, I have had mold problems, maintenance problems, water problems, my walls have had to be ripped out and redone because of the mold. Actually the best part of it was that I made my complaint and left my apartment to go do something else came back to talk to the manager which she wouldn't even talk to me because I'm only 21 so apparently I'm not old enough to know whats wrong, and by the time that I got back to my apartment everything had been fixed up and nicely covered. When I say covered though I mean they didn't clean out the mold or cut it out they just seriously covered it up. My windows are always leaking and they will do nothing to fix it. The staff does not call you back or help you. I came in there and they all just sat and talked for almost 10 minutes before ever coming over to help me or see what I wanted. They are unorganized and lose everything, I have given them my phone number multiple times so that they can call me. And everytime I need something done they use the excuse that they don't have my number. THIS PLACE SUCKS! It's awful and as soon as I can get enough money to pay for a new apartment and this crap hold then I will be MOVING! I have never been so grossed out in my life. I don't even stay in my apartment anymore I'm paying for something that I walk into maybe once every 2 weeks. I HATE THIS PLACE!!! and there is no parking they are always doing construction. What are they always doing construction on' nothing ever seems to get fixed.

Actually Ann was the manager there for a few years including 2007...so you are incorrect saying there wasn't a female manager

Anne sucked, current management sucks, mold sucks, water sucks, parkings sucks, and worse of all I AM A HAPPY PERSON WHO AVOIDS CONFRONTATION AT ALL COSTS AND ALWAYS TRY TO LOOK TO THE POSITIVE...But, when the only thing positive to look at after numerous attempts to do someone else's job turn up nothing, is your calendar and lease end date, you can't help but be disappointed!
