I have lived in Apt #227 for a year now.
I love this place! People who post this stuff only post negatives because that is what people do.
I have a lot of friends that live here and all of us say the same thing...."This place is great to live in."
The staff is wonderful, Melanie is the one I love the most because she is understanding and respectful.
The maintenance team is top of the line.
If you need something done they do it right away and with great work.
There is better opportunities to park here than any other apt complex I have stayed in.
The storage units and garages are very convenient and well kept.
The living rooms are the most spacious I have ever seen.
I ask that you come and talk to the staff and take a tour and see for yourself.
Do not let these peoples opinions sway you.
Make the choice for yourself and you will see that this place is well worth your stay for as long as it may be.

I agree with all responses! ShawnDodd clearly has been brain washed or something! Perhaps a side effect from the mold!!! Ha-Ha! No laughing matter, and thats the problem w/people who leave naive comments. Regardless of your affection w/an employee, that doesn't constitute a false positive. Maintenance was always rude to me, always.... Parking is crappy, and yea, every apartment complex will have its issues, but this is just RIDICULOUS! You must have a garage, hence why you have NO issues! The living rooms are fine if you live alone. And feel free to come check it out yourself and make your own opinion; however, keep in mind as others have mentioned, the prob areas WILL be avoided. How else do you think all the miserable people who are TRYING to help others from making the same mistakes got duped!

A. Melanie is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in customer service.
B. Better parking opportunities than anywhere else? How do you say that with a straight face?
C. Maintenance is to of the line? They do seem to be decent people, but overworked. Our "requests" say fulfilled even though they haven't been, perhaps because the maintenance guys tripped over the rebar and concrete sticking out of the volleyball area.
D. Storage units and garages? You mean the overpriced unit, limited ones that the favorite few get? The waiting list for those seems to be quite arbitrary. I'm not going to pay that much for a hole in the wall, but others have complained that people who moved in after them have gotten units first.
E. If that living room is spacious - I invite you to get a life.
F. The mold is terrible, and maintenance and management know it. The yearly "inspection" consisted of two maintenance guys walking into the bathroom, looking at the tile for five seconds, and walking out. I feel safer already. I have come down with a serious and chronic illness since moving into that place, almost to the day. Coincidence? We'll know when I move out if it mysteriously clears up.
