DON'T DO IT!!!

THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED!!! While the layout of the apartment is nice and the location isn't bad, there is nothing else to enjoy.
There are actually about 40 stores and a different apartment complex going up nearby and you can often hear the semis' brakes late at night...
Delightful.
The 'State of the Art' work out facilities are never working, or fixed.
Parking is awful and visitor parking NEVER enforced (I've actually been informed that in order for the complex to do so would require "A LOT" of work for the complex employees, hence why its never done).
And, let me just say I'm glad I don't own an expensive car!!! This 'gated' community's gates never even work!!! The manager is difficult to speak with and has basically stated that while they want the community to contact them in the case of maintenance being needed somewhere (fyi, it appears to take the maintenance team about 4 hours to mow one fairly small area of grass-come on! More importantly, there are certain areas where there are HUNDREDS of cigarette butts, which has been reported and never taken care of and the person(s) doing so have never been approached/reprimanded...that would take too much time/paperwork) or a complaint on parking, a neighbor, etc., that its, again, "A LOT" of paperwork do be completed and at some point "not worth it".
WOW! Fun place, 'eh' They care so much about their residents, that they even have an "ANNUAL RESIDENT APPRECIATION WEEK"! Per their notice, aside from fun and games AND a carnival, the following: "Please be aware that all vehicles not removed (in the visitor parking area/front of leasing office) by 8am on the 13th are subject to being towed at YOUR EXPENSE!" So, if someone just HAPPENED to be trying to follow the 'rules' that were created but aren't enforced, or, as happens often, couldn't park in front of their home because their neighbors don't follow the 'rules' so they are once again forced to park where their neighbor's visitors should be, and their notice flew off their door and were unaware of this, then that 'valued resident' who was trying to follow the 'rules' and have their visitor park where they're supposed to (or where THEY have to), would now have to pay...for...get this...following the unenforced rules!!! Now thats irony!
