One of the things I was concerned about when I moved in was parking, but turned out not to be an issue. I like the peacefulness and quiteness of the apartment. Neighbors are friendly. Having the washer & dryer in the apartment is great. The complex is well kept and clean. Location is great - minutes away from I-25 and I-225.

Hey there! I've heard good and bad about this place... one thing I've found is that it depends on what apt. you end up in as there are a couple that are in an area thats quieter than others. I will say that it is a plus to have a washer/dryer in the apt and thats cool they do. But it seems that the people who live there are either super pleased or super peeved! Like, there is no in between... wonder why? Anyhoo, glad to hear you ended up being a lucky one in that place...and for over that many years! Not typical, but thats great for you. Hope nothing changes for ya! However, it would be nice if everyone there (or at least half) had the same experience... Take care...
