I have a relative who lives in Coyote Ranch (and even looked into moving there before I landed the pad I have now...glad I'm where I'm at), and have to say, I have to park FAR away from the apartment as there is NEVER anything available! And the construction is SO loud at all hours, that I found it difficult to sleep. In addition, the walls/ceilings/floors (something) was so thin I could hear a neighbor's conversation! (I can't STAND visiting!!!) Anyhow, there are like 30 some odd buildings, so I guess its possible some people who live there do ok, but the area my relative lives SUCKS, I could never live there! And I'm SOOO glad I don't!
