The people saying they cant sleep at night because of paper thin walls and construction are INSANE!!!! Ive been here for a year now and the ONLY reason im moving is because im pregnant and work about an hour away so I need to be closer to my job. I love my neighbors, I love the area, I love the office staff. I had some trouble with my upstairs neighbors being extremely loud and coyote ranch was wonderful about the situation. Parking has never been a problem. The complex is always clean. The only thing that another reviewer said was that the gates never work...I agree its true but its actually much easier! Lol I ALWAYS forget my key card. Anyway I am very sad to go because I have always been right at home here. I WOULD NOT BE LEAVING IF I WASNT PREGNANT:) Oh one other thing I LOVED about the place was the washer and dryer in every until at no extra charge...it was a God send!!!

Dear pregnant:
Either you are Lacking or deprived of the sense of hearing wholly or in part or, the kid inside of you is pushing too hard against your ear drums for you not to notice thin walls, expanding pipes hence, constant popping noise. Perhaps it was your noisy neighbors that masked other noises penetrating through uninsulated interior walls and ceilings.
Makes one wonder what type of DUMPS some people leave to come to this DUMP to call it ACCEPTABLE living environment!!!
Everything is relative, and I do not mean the relatives some of you marry to.
