I lived here for a year and had a good experience. It always felt clean and comfortable. Parking is tough at night, but that's the case with most places. During the winter it gets some northern exposure. I liked how they arranged some fun gatherings like a wine tasting. I would recommend it.

You're pretty lucky then...as you can clearly see, there aren't many C.R. residents who have had a pleasant experience like yourself! But like you said, its like any other complex re:parking, as is the overall experience. I guess the rating speaks for itself! Thanks!

Everything is relative and depends on past experiences. I guess if this is better than the previous ones some of these people have resided at so, the high rating as there is NOTHING substantial to compare this place to.
