First of all, coming from Highlands Ranch I do have something to compare this place to.
I see on other reviews something about low standards because people are coming from "slums." Ok people, I don't know if you all have come from some palace in Dubai but this place is great.
The floor plans are original and well laid out, there is a microwave washer and dryer in each unit, the office staff is friendly and eager to help you with anything you might need, and there is virtually no noise whatsoever.
And as far as parking is concerned, it has been great so far.
Not to mention I am now within walking distance of Best Buy and Super Target.
I would recommend that anyone rent from Coyote Ranch.
I would also like to mention that Kristina is quite possibly the most pleasant leasing agent I have ever worked with, and I can tell that she truly cares about the community.
She was willing to take time out of her busy day to help me out, where most people might get annoyed with an abundance of questions, she was always happy to answer all of them.
Also, let me tell you I am not a staff member.
I actually live here.

Ahh...I think Ryan is right..this place is great, and Kristina is one of the BEST leasing agents, as well as all of them! I have posted here before when I fisrt moved here and now I have lived here for about half a year...so I have a little more knowledge, and this place is great! The apartment floor plan is very spaciaous and SOO well designed!..I have not had any problems on the inside other then the normal brown rust all over the tub and toilet from the high calcium water..(make sure you keep watch of that cause you'll have to scrub it with a stone!)The outside can be a bear with parking..at least on our side of building 19, which I didn't really care about in the summer b/c I could use the excerise, but now that it's winter...And the parking lot is not usually plowed in the morning, It's a little aggravating..but oh well!

Are people just responding to this review to argue? Give me a break! The two people who had something decent to say are just giving their opinions. Everyone has a right to do that. Not everyone has a right to belittle others and be ridiculously rude. It's quite appalling to me. This is an apartment review website, nothing more.
To those reading reviews and responses in order to make a decision to move here: read the good and the bad with an open mind, realize that these are opinions, and make the decision for yourself. Sheesh. (Then you also have to realize that Mr. or Mrs. 12/14 COULD be your neighbor, and that alone may make you want to live elsewhere.

To the previous 12/15/08 respondent: After a year and a half, the mold must be making you hallucinate b/c no healthy person would agree with you or Ryan. Not trying to be rude, just keeping it real. And hey, maybe on 'your side of building 19', things ARE good-but that isn't so for the remainder of the complex...just read the reviews.
Um yea... Ryan honey, they're hurting for positive reviews (who wouldn't w/a 33%!) and ask their tenants to post positive reviews to boost their ratings... did they offer you a discounted rate if you did, or was Kristina just too cute (she really is though)? In all honesty, give it time Ryan... You'll be glad Target and Best Buy are near by so you can get out of there! And if the construction doesn't drive you out (I don't know how people live by there!) at some point, then you're either not that close to Target, or are hard of hearing! With all that said, you must live in the apparent lucky building 19 or something, but either way, I sure hope your pleasant experiences continue! As a matter of fact, perhaps you could just share what building you're in and if its really that great, perhaps you'll help me transfer! Oh well, just my thoughts! For cryn out loud its X-Mas time, can't we all get along!
