I have lived here since October and I love it. We were on the home search for about 2 months but did not feel like we were rushed because we loved our apartment complex. We have found a house and will be moving out but will miss all of the get togethers. I have never lived in a complex with so many things to do for the residents to get to know eachother. The staff are really friendly and knew my son by name...we always felt welcomed. I loved the fact that you could register online and pay your rent there and report problems you needed fixed, this saved some trips down to the office. Every problem we had was fixed the same day that it was reported. Every time I had a problem with a neighbor, it was always fixed promptly. Parking can be sparse if you get home late but I would highly recommend a garage. I have loved my garage and there is room for another 2 cars to park behind it. The convienence to shopping is what I will miss most. This was a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone.

First of all, you must give respect to get it and by the sounds of your response...you didn't give it. Please try and find a better apartment to live at, I doubt you can do it. I am not a fake person nor would I lie about an aparment complex...think I have better things to do. Ever heard the saying that if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say it at all!!!!

Ok-ya-if you don't have anything nice, don't say anything at all-I agree. However, there ARE much nicer places-come on, you're moving out, so clearly you agree, a house or not. Having said that, you must be a VERY lucky tenant to have your noise complaint happen once and be resolved permanetly. You also must have hit the jackpot having actually enjoyed your well water, and pricey FORCED garage spot due to lack of parking spots in the dimly lit lot. Not trying to be rude here-but ya, you're VERY fortunate b/c from the sounds of it-you are the minority in feeling this way according to this site. Best of luck however on your new endeavors!
