We have lived here for 2 years and are moving out when our lease is up in August.
We have had chronic problems with mold, mildew, pilot light going out, a.c.
not working, and we had a fly infestation.
If you make a maintence request unless you call everyday it will take them 2-3 weeks to get to your problem, even if it is a fly infestation due to mildew.
They will also go into your apartment even if the work order says they are not allowed to go in unless a person is home.
With our mildew they told us they could do nothing about it and we had to clean it up ourselves.
A couple of apartments have good parking but go after 6 and see how bad the parking is.
They make you pay for EVERYTHING water, sewer, trash, excel, etc.
And without asking we were informed that when we renew the lease that there is be an additional $18 for trash pick up service.
When I complained they said pay or move out, so we are moving out.

Everything you said is 100% accurate. Glad I'm not alone! I'm ebarrassed to have people visit due to the problems I continually HAVE to take care of that come back. Never mind the fact that they'd have no where to park anyhow. I don't know how the board of health hasn't condemed this place yet or at least a portion of the apartments. Think twice about coming here if you have health probs-they'll only get worse! To the previous poster: I'd love to know where you're going so my neighbors and I can follow! ha ha!
