At first, this looks like a great place to live. Don't be fooled. The leasing managers promise a lot of things, but don't follow through. First of all, the security gates at all of the entrances have never worked. Second, the pool and spa are always dirty and they are too small for how many residents live here; there is also no grill for BBQ'ing (so much for luxury apartments). Also, there is NEVER any parking. You have to park in the fire lanes at least once a week. Finally, everything is always falling apart. Our screen door is always broken and they even had to replace the motor on our hot water heater. This place is too expensive for all of its downfalls.
