Coyote Ranch

There is NO PARKING in this complex.

I sometimes had to park across the street at the condos because parking is so bad.

The management is TERRIBLE and does nothing to help the residents.

My water heater broke three times while I lived there.

The second and third time it broke it took them two weeks to get someone from maintenance to come fix it.

I was driving to my parents house just to take a shower every day.

My fireplace didn't work from the moment I moved in and no one came to fix it regardless of how many times I called.

My neighbors were loud drug dealers and constantly came to ask me for money and attempted to sell me meth.

There is a lady who lives by the pool and if she thinks anyone at the pool is being too loud she will shine a floodlight on them and scream at them to get out of the pool regardless of the time of day.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
