This community may appear nice enough while on a tour and the management may seem nice when they are trying to sell you a lease but that all changes once you move in. A new property management company has taken over and they seem to be much less selective about tennants. They have improved the grounds and are attempting to improve the appearance of the property, however, they are not concerned about tenants' issues once they have move in. If you are a student in need of a quiet place to study or if you just like peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. The walls are thin to begin with and other tenants are extremely disrespectful of other's right to a quiet living environment. I have called management as well as the police but have had no luck quieting the tvs or stereos. I have lived in apartments for the last eight years and have not encountered a place as bad as this one. As the old saying goes, if the price sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
