Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
The current management here is terrible. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gates are always broke. Me and my wife moved in under Equity. Since this new management has been here the maintenance crew is totally different. Don't expect anything to get done. My AC unit wasn't working for 3 weeks until it finally got fixed. It used to be a great property. Now it is just a rotten place to live. The office staff is some of the most rude people I have ever met.
