I have lived in the complex for over a year. Will be moving out soon, thank the fates. Yes, it is horrible. I have had a complaint pretty much every month. From noise to consistant water falls out of my ceiling. The maintenance workiers even had the audasity to raid my fridge while working one day!
Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay away!!
