Some people need to grow up.

I have lived at Del Arte for a couple of years now. The maintenance staff was slow at first, but with the new management, I have no complaints. The office staff is always nice and overly helpful. The complex has gotten even better now that they are cleaning out some of the less desireable people. It sounds to me like the person who posted last was one of those people. Here's a news flash: IF YOU DON'T PAY YOUR RENT, DON'T EXPECT TO KEEP LIVING IN AN APARTMENT. I highly recommend Del Arte to anyone looking for a quiet, clean home. If you are looking for a party complex, don't even waste your time. They will evict you.

You need to divorce your sister, stop drinking, and become educated. In other words, you need to stop being such a white trash redneck.

Some people DO need to grow up - and learn how to manage a property.
