I have had nothing but trouble since I moved in here. Took a week before I had heat. Then took 9 days before I could use my kitchen sink (because the disposal was broke) which they did rig... never did replace it so it breaks on a weekly basis. It is now going on over a month since I had asked someone to get the aircon going. They duck my phone calls.. tell me they will be out and never show up while I wait the entire day for someone. If your a day late on the rent they dont hesitate to tape a huge note on your door.. but when it comes to fixing things they dont bother. The people that work her are rude, and lie, and this place is going to the birds. I dont have a water bill so every month they put in a amount that I have to pay. I was told it was based upon square footage!!!! That is totally assinine! This place just barely gets by the renters rights quidelines bordering upon illegal. I am fed up and have no problem telling ANYONE what I think of this place and the people that work for it.
