I have lived here at del Arte for many years now even back when it was called the trails and I definately can see a huge improvement. We just got a new manager a month ago and she has really made a differance. The fitness center finally is open 24 hours and our gates finally closed today. This is a feet no one else seems to get accomplished. Also I put a work order in on Monday and I could not belive my eyes when I saw a maintenance guy there on the same day. I really love my apartment it is a loft and I haven't found anywhere that has such an open feel. I can for sure say I was thinking about not renewing my lease but now I am going to stay another year.
