they are nice/1,2,3 bedrooms there are no complex features such as playgrounds or swimming pools,or workout facilities,but they do go by your income to rate your rent price. they do have large washer and dryer hookups, no dishwasher. the worst thing about these apartments is the manager she is always in your business and she will give you trouble if she feels you aren't a worthy tenant several maintenance guys have quit. and besides her I would reccommend these to any -one and have several times/ they do a background check so if you have anything bad in there she will let you know.
