This place has low rent - and it shows.
The staff was very accomidating, but the property itself is in need a massive remodel.
The power was out very often, due to the fact that the power boxes and cabling on the property have never been upgraded.
The boilers often send out scalding water without notice because they are shared by multiple buildings.
Two indoor pools - both constantly all but frozen solid because the heaters are broken.
Going to a bar when you want to = cool.
Living next to two bars = not cool.
Lots of light and security cameras, but I wouldn't recommend a walk after dark. What happened to justify those cameras?
The whole place looks and feels like a photo from the great depression. Living here is something you have to overcome, not enjoy.
