I just moved here from Coventry Village and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Yes, the complex is older but it has been very well maintained. I have found the office staff to be friendly and the maintenance staff to be prompt in addressing the minor problems I encountered. I love living in one of the two communal buildings. It is blissfully quiet, with trash chutes on every floor, an indoor swimming pool, new machines in the laundry room and 2 elevators. The 1 bedroom I live in is quite spacious with a large balcony and even has a small storage room that is very convenient. PAID HEAT TOO! All for a reasonable $499 a month. Add covered parking for $30 a month and you've got a great deal. I would not hesitate to recommend the French Quarter to anyone.
