The first floor smelled like curry and the rest of the floors smelled like burritos... Not well lit at night...to many creepy -------- combing the property...my apartment flooded within twenty four hours of moving in...the staff claimed they had fixed it...but mere days later it was flooded again...the toilet leaked...the carpets were stained...My deadbolt didn't work and maintenance didn't get out to fix it for a week....I would recommend this place if you are a drug addict or an illegal alien.

I had the same dreadful experience of drainage water running into my closet. Destroyed my electronics, papers, books. Manager cooly said "you need to have renters insurance" Oh Yes! Renters insurance for their mistakes. carpets are dirty, wobbling Potty when moved in. Maintenance guys are hard working guys. This apartment is falling apart. ! |

I had a flood too. Only mine was raw sewage. There is an obvious lack of regard for tenants here. Poor attempts to remove snow, outside pool is too cold to swim in, bad plumbing, stained carpets, yellowed linoleum, run down playground, bad management.
