French Quarter

This apartment complex is the absolute worse. Between the rotting tile in the bathroom. rotting wood on the balcony, the smell of curry constantly attacking your senses and the two bedroom apartments filled with 100 people, there is so much more I could rant about,
Like how bout the 13 year old kid who took his mom and brothers keys to their car and then proceeded to wreck into each and ever car parked on the back side of the parking lot, including mine. These people were not evicted and did not pay restitution to anyone. The management did however move them to another unit away from the tenants whose cars he hit.
Many times I was too embarrased to have company in my home because of the marijuana odor they would have to pass through in order to get to my apartment. My son's Playstation was stolen from our home while he was in his room asleep.
I worried constantly if my apartment would catch on fire due to the outlet getting everything so hot and actually once catching a lamp I had plugged in on fire.
The homeless guy who lives out back and wonders the buildings in the middle of the night is a real plus, too. I would not let my daughter go out at night by herself because she had actually been approached by an older gentleman who was very explicit in what he would like to do to her sexually.
When I did move the management lied to the leasing company who called for a reference. I am so glad to be out of there, finally.
