When I first moved in here I loved it and planned on staying until I bought a house...management was even awesome when I had horrible neighbor noise problems...my how things change...management lost my rent check, yet still made it out to be all my fault. They were very condescending and treated me like I was an idiot. The problems just escalated from there. I even contacted the property management (Fairfield Properties) and never got a response from them. The most recent problem is that when I resigned I signed under false pretenses - I was flat out lied to and NO ONE in the management office did anything about it much less cared. So now I am stuck in a place I now hate. I have rented for years and have never been treated so poorly or with such disregard. The management staff doesn't communicate to their residents and are extremely unprofessional. Oh and NEVER use the night drop...they just might "lose" your check which = nightmare! It's really too bad because it is a nice place to live but for me management makes all the difference. Can't reccommend Greenbriar solely based on managment - all else is great.
