Poor Service

Office sales reps far driven by commission than by customer service. I was allowed to sublease my apt. however they decided to make it extremely difficult and almost discouraged my subletters from moving in. They ignored my requests to process the information, delayed and delayed my subletter's processing, and treated us all very rudely. I then had my boss call and pretend to be a new leaser in a rush to move in and they said (driven by commission on new clients) that he could move in in 3 days, "paperwork processing is quick and ez". I called directly after that phone call and they said it could take another couple of weeks to process my subletter's information. I then confronted them with my boss and the two different reactions to paperwork processing and stressed we would do whatever it took to assure we were not being treated unfairly, and they processed the paperwork that minute. Not two weeks later as I had been hearing for the past two weeks. Poor service and unprofessional.

Hmmm. I don't work at this property but I am in this industry and would have to say that a new lease is much easier to process then a sublease. It really does take about two weeks to get everything ready to sublease an apartment, that's why it's important to really commit to stay somewhere when you sign a lease.
