I lived here for a year and a half. When the apartment complex got bought out that when I started to have problems. I m handicapped and people always use to park in the only handicapped spot that they had for my buiding. The grounds were not welled maintained. Maintance staff would take weeks to do any work orders. The snow removal is horrible their especially all last winter, they did nothing about it either until it got to the point where you could hardly drive in the complex anymore. Plus, they never cleared the sidewalks or entry areas, so I had to be very carefull not to fall. The wanted to increase my rent at the end of by lease $30 and the apartment was way not worth $710 a month. Beware of this place.It was very noise in my apartment due to neighbors and the pool. Trash was everywhere to, around the grounds. Staff was rude in the leasing office.
