Run From This Place. The Management Ruined A Great Property!

Where do I even begin' We lived at Greenbriar for 3 years. When we first moved in, it was managed by Fairfield, which was good about maintaining a nice property and staffing the office with friendly people. From the time Koelbel bought it and changed the name to "Sonoma Resort", it went straight down hill. I will explain....
First, lets talk about the Christmas blizzard 2 years ago. While every other apt complex in the city ordered in snow removal equipment prior to the storm based on the weather reports, this one did NOT. Instead of being proactive, they reacted too late and we were all snowed in for a week or more. Then, they finally sent out two pick-up trucks with plow blades, both of which got stuck in the snow and had to be pulled out by residents. How embarrasing!
Next, what happened to the friendly staff''' When my family moved in, we were greated by knowledgable and friendly staff, all of which gave the same answer to questions. They were eager to help with anything and maintenance requests were all taken care of by professional and experienced people. Not any more!! The maintenance staff has changed more frequently than most people change underwear. They know very little about home repairs, let alone apartment communities. The managers have been fired, replaced, resigned, or transfered more than I can count. The managers have sucked ever since "Anita" ran the show several years ago. Now it's a complete disaster. Although I'm not sure who the ringleader is, the biggest clown is "Shonda". Shonda has been there since shortly after Koelbel took over, and she is the most rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, and dishonest person I have EVER met. She has lied to my face about more things than I can list (garage availability, transfering to larger apt, renewing my lease, business center hours, etc.). This woman knows absolutely nothing about customer service.
As for the rest of the place, the business center is a joke, with computers that rarely work and have lots of pop-ups, and internet that is usually down too. The fitness center has very few pieces of functional equipment, and the televisions leave a lot to be desired. The pool is usually clean, but the grounds near the pool are full of garbage, much like the rest of the community. The "high-tech" access control system couldn't keep out a heard of buffalo, so plan on people vandalizing the pool, hot tub, and bbq grills all summer long, even after the area is supposedtly "closed" for the night.
**Along with all these negative comments, there is one positive thing I must mention. The housekeeper is the most fabulous person I know!! She is one of the original Fairfield employees, and her friendly smile and great customer service have not gone un-noticed. She could do a better job running that place single-handedly than the rest of the shmucks do combined!!
