I have been resident for over 3 years. There has been numerous management changes since i have lived there. The most previous management team was the most helpful, honest and organized staff that has been there since. My problem is with the people that are supposedly trying to run the property now. They are the most unorganized, rude, fake people that i have ever met in my life. Why did mangement change when you have something running smoothly and efficently. Dont rent at greenbriar, you will just be disappointed. I cant wait for my lease to be up, Im moving out!!!
