Like other reviews stated, the new management change turned this place upside down. When I first moved in, the management was very helpful, friendly and organized. That only lasted a couple of months though. It seems like there's new staff in the office each time I go in. They have no idea who is actually a tenant and who's just walking in off of the street. On top of that, they're rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and way too picky about minor things.

Second, don't expect any kind of response from management about the kids running around screaming all night, people peeling out in the parking lot, or anything else. They don't care. However, if you're 1000 miles away on vacation, expect a smarmy little noise complaint on your door when you return. Total BS.

I can say that the grounds and apartments themselves are pretty nice. Maintenance is the only thing functional about the staff.

In short, this place treats you like a bank does: they're nice and friendly when signing up but after that, you're just dollars in their pockets. Expect no one to know your name or even recognize you when you walk in the office. Expect them to "lose" or "not receive" your rent check so they can fine you, even though they've already cashed it. Drive up the road and look a the new places that were just built. Maybe they're a bit more competent.
