We have lived at this apartment complex for less than 6 months and cannot wait to get out of our lease. We have had nothing but problems since the day we moved in. First of all, we got an eviciton notice the day after we moved in due to management error that took days to straighten out. Then it took almost 3 weeks to finally get a key for our mailbox which resulted in our mail being returned to the post office! Also, there are several unsupervised children which are allowed to roam the grounds and terrorize the residents and management does not do anything about it or at least has not to date. There are always car being vandalized in the parking lot. I myself have suffered the "flat tires" from unkown persons. Half the time the gates dont work. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations very clearly even when they are speaking at a normal level. When we moved in we were told this was a very secure gated community. I had no idea it meant the criminals and vandals were already locked inside! I would not recommend this place to anyone with a child or a vehicle that they care about! Also, reporting anything to management takes many follow up phone calls and personal appearances to get anything resolved and in the end you must give 60 DAYS NOTICE to get out of your lease which is much longer than most apartment complex probably cause they cannot keep tenants and the turnover is so fast! In our lease we had to even pay for our water! Good grief!
