I was a tenant for 5 months. I found that the mother company United Dominion & the managers at Greeensview lie to the tenants. The apt was not clean when I moved in. I moved out & cleaned it better than it was when I moved in & they tried to charge me a cleaning fee. I was forced to move due to school choices for my kids & was told I would not be charged the last months rent if the apt rented before the end of the month. Well it rented on 4/26 & I was charged anyway. I was told by their corporate office, that they, the management staff at the complex, lied to me to make my decision making easier. I was told by 4 different people that I would not be charged. The corporation that own?s this complex is not consistant. I recorded my conversation with their collection dept & he clearly stated that the staff lied to me to make my decision easier. What a joke & a poor way to manage a facility. As an excellant tenant - never late or bothersome to others - I was appauled at the comments made from this assoicate on behalf of United Dominion Residential Communities.
