Greensview Apartments

No Control From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/8/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I thought this place was going to be wonderful, but when I moved in I found out it was never cleaned. So, I came home one day to clean carpets about 2 months later...I never once said anyone could come into my apartment without being there myself. I could hear my upstairs neighbor sneeze, cough, talk, anything, you name it. The office staff is the worst part about it. They may be nice people but they don't have a clue. Rent gets lost, work orders get lost, and there hasn't been a steady manager for years. I wouldn't exactly call it a "gated community" as the gates have probably only shut 3 times. Overall, this place is ridiculous, I am not even sure if they have a maintenance staff at all. I am so glad to have left.
