I showed up needing an apartment fast. I got one. So let the nightmare journey begin; They told me no security deposit was required (because I was military) the day I filled out the application. So of course, the day I came in to sign the lease they wanted a security deposit anyway, and the same person who told me I would not be required to have a security deposit was the same person who stated :Whoever told you that was wrong". '' They also told me water was included in the rent (I should have looked at the lease closer..my bad..more on that later...) The day I moved in went smooth...except they gave me the wrong keys..had to go back 2 times for them to give me the right apartment keys. Idiots. I also paid for covered parking. But they assigned me to a stall that was already occupied by another tenant. They overbooked the stall. Well, this poor tenant and me went around and around with the management for 2 weeks before those idiots could actually fix it by assigning me a different stall. I spent half my first month parked in the back 40 so to speak and still had to pay for the entire month of parking. I got an eviction notice on my door from the sherrifs office one day. I had 24 hours to get out. (This is on a Friday evening). I called the management and they told me I hadnt paid my rent in 3 months. I told them I have the checks stubs to prove it, they said it was out of their hands. I was forced to call my lawyer for help. He called Greensviews lawyers and come to find out, it was the wrong appartment. Again, IDIOTS. ALL OF THEM. By now, I have had it with Greensview. "gated community" My ass, in the time I lived there, the gets were NEVER closed. Well, once they closed them without activating the remotes so a frustrated tenent rammed the gate to get in. Dont blame him at all. They never closed the gates again. A 24 hour gym that I never got access to after hours. A bathtub for a pool that is so overcrowded it is unsafe for children. My neigbor got beat up by the local "GreensView Apartment Streetgang" (affectionaly known as GAS) of kids on his way out to his car. This place is turning into a dump. I havn't met anyone who likes the place. if your into mismanagement, with a ghetto atmosphere, or are acuustomed to living in a Zoo..this is the place for you..we have ALL the criminals with us...including the retards that manage the place. Good luck getting out once you check in...they make you give 60 days notice...to help in "assisting your decision to stay".
