Ive lived here now for 4 years.....Ive seen amazing stupidity on behalf of the staff.
On returning from work one day i found my door painted and a note on the door saying "your apartment will be entered on (todays date) so that we can paint your front door. So much for any kind of notice.

In a complex of over 500 apartments these bright people feel its nessasary for a security gate...With people coming and going all day and night never takes more than a few minutes for anyone to enter, however they are kind enough to give you a gate opener, After 2 years my literaly fell apart and i was informed it was $75 to replace it.
I was told by the manager of the complex that this was her cost..yeah right....500
units and more than 1 gate opener per unit
this adds upto over $75,000 just for cheap little openers that fall apart....what a scam.

Overall i find the floor plan OK.
However these are very loud apartments and cost a small fortune to heat as they have cheap windows and sliding glass doors.

Im moving feel free to look into renting my old place.
