The management are not understanding people that make you feel as if they are doing you a favor by just listening to your complaints. Plus, you have to pay a lot of money to get out of here before contract is due.

Well first off when you sign your lease, you are told of a lease break fee. Second you are given a very nice concession for signing a lease, with the knowledge that you would have to pay back this money... From this day forth I recommend that you do shorter leases so that you will not have to pay these penalties. If you do not understand what you are signing you should contact a lawyer so that you will be well represented... A curent tenant
