I have had nothing but problems since living at greensview.
1.I called their emergency maintenance help number for an overflowing sink and was told that if my floor wasn't flooding they would be over in the morning needless to say I called 8 times and a plumber finally showed up that evening
2.upstairs neighbors had a dog (that was not suppose to be there in the first place) urinate on my porch while I was gone and it was 100 degrees plus outside I was to get reimbursed for the items damaged by this animal and never was,
3.our car was put into nuetral by maintenance and moved without our permission because they neglected to hand out a notice in time saying all vehicles needed to be moved for construction,
4.and last but not least it has been months since I have lived there and have yet to receive my deposit back I was told it was an old management problem and I would be receiving it soon but eight months later I have not gotten it back. After numerous calls evey week to current management they say that our move out dates show we owe money but they have those dates wrong and say it will take months and months for corporate to research it!! This came up after I said I was taking them to court for the deposit.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

P.S. another really crappy thing is that at any given time you may be hit by a flying golf ball or have your windows shattered numerous times!!!
