I have a new AC/Heater, roof, paint and we are getting upgraded to new kitchens and baths. We are also getting a new DOG PARK... I have two babies and they will love this... No more going for a short walk. I live at the back of property and they just got done painting my building a nice beige color and they are doing new balconies at the front of property that looks great. I have been hear for years and I love the new management and maintenace. They are really working hard to make our homes stand out. All the BS about how horrible it is, well pay your rent on time that is the only reason you would pay more money. The rates are great and I did a Renewal Party and got $250 off my rent that I can last over the lease if I want.. I have a few friends that I had moved into the community and have recieved $300 for each one.
I really love it hear and plan to be here for a great while longer.

I think you are employed by the apartment complex, and that you have trouble spelling "here". Scandalous I would say.
