This place is horrible. When we first moved (we are in the older models up front) in the management had us write down a list of everything that was wrong so that we wouldn't get blamed for it. Shouldn't they do that after the last person moves out'''
Nothing works properly- the closet doors suck and don't stay on the run at all, we had our dryer replaced once and the "new" one still takes forever to dry the clothes, our sliding glass door doesn't lock, we have people we don't know knocking on our door at 12am and 2am while we are sleeping- so much for a secuirty gate, if people don't have the opener for the gate they just wait until someone else pulls up- then you let about eight cars in sometimes, their pet deposit is outregous also and they have told us that they were going to give us part of it back- and that was about 7 months ago.
The kitchen floor is digusting and will not be white no matter how much I clean it. Our toliet is not connected to the floor. All the facuets leak. There is no linen closet and hardly any storing space. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are DOING! With noisy dogs and security alarms that won't stop beeping. Need I go on! Bottom line-
DON"T MOVE HERE!!! YOU WILL REGERT IT!

Just to let you know.. That Colorado state law is 60 days to return a deposit.
